Meredith Ross is the operations manager. She has 10 years experience in seismic processing, originally working for Western Geophysical (UK), but more recently for GNS Science using their Claritas seismic processing system. Her experience includes 2D & 3D marine processing and 2D land processing. These projects were located in Europe, North Africa, the Middle East and New Zealand.

Anne Melhuish joined the ExcelGeo team in 2007. She has 16 years seismic processing experience. In 1990 Anne started with the Institute of Geological and Nuclear Sciences Ltd (NZ) where she was involved in a number of research projects using seismic reflection and refraction data as well as 2D seismic reflection processing for oil and gas exploration clients. Since late 1998 Anne has specialised in seismic data acquisition and field-processing for CGGVeritas working in Oman, Qatar, Gabon, Libya and the US. Her experience as a Field QC Seismologist includes 2D and 3D land data.

Christoph Gerds joined the team in 2008. Christoph has experience in scientific programming and applications. He has been involved with processing shallow, high-resolution land data for CSG plus land and marine data since joining Excel.
